Before adding a new user to Keela, it's important to understand the permission levels that are available so you know exactly the tools and data that will be available to the user when they login.
Permission Levels
Administrator
Administrators have the highest level of access in Keela, so can see and do everything!
Manager
Managers have access to log, view and edit in most features but usually don't have the option to delete. They don't have access to organization settings or imports but still have strong access rights to complete a variety of tasks in Keela.
Coordinator
Coordinators have access to add and edit contacts in Keela and have strong access for E-Blasts and Projects. They have limited access to other features and have no access to fundraising, so all transactions with your contacts will not be viewable by the coordinator.

FAQ
I have Manager (or Coordinator) permissions but need to become an Administrator. How can I do this?
Great question! Only administrators can update permission levels in Keela, so you'll need to reach out to an administrator of your account and request that they make this update.
