We know how important it is to be able to record and track fundraising efforts with your contacts over time. This is why we have made the fundraising information specific to each contact available under the Fundraising tab. For a more in-depth review of Fundraising, visit Fundraising.
Navigating the Fundraising Tab
Navigate to Contacts in the Sidebar > Select the contact > Select Fundraising tab.
There are five main sections under the Fundraising tab:
Transactions
This section shows all of the Transactions specific to this contact, including donations and revenues.
(1) Creating a Transaction
To create a donation or revenue Transaction, you can use the quick add button OR the Create New button.
Note: If this is your first Transaction for a contact, Add Donation Transaction and Add Revenue Transaction buttons will appear in the middle of the page in lieu of the Create New button.
Simply, fill out the Transaction card that appears. For more details on creating Transactions head to Keela's Fundraising articles.
(2) Transaction Details
To view Transaction Details > click on the specific Transaction. Here you will find receipts, Transaction status and frequency, amount and description, along with other relevant information.
(3) Editing a Transaction
To edit a Transaction > click on the specific Transaction > click on the Edit button. This will allow you to make changes to the Transaction fields.
To cancel the Transaction, cancel a receipt, or delete the Transaction > click on the Actions button > select from the drop-down options.
(4) Managing Receipts

Scheduled Recurring
This section shows transactions that are scheduled to reoccur.
(1) Creating a Scheduled Recurring Transaction
To create a Scheduled Recurring donation or revenue, click the Create New button.
Note: If this is your first transaction for a contact, Add Recurring Donation and Add Recurring Revenue buttons will appear in the middle of the page in lieu of the Create New button.
Simply, fill out the Scheduled Recurring transaction card that appears. For more details on creating Scheduled Recurring donations and revenues head to Keela's Fundraising articles.
(2) Recurring Details
To view Recurring Details > click on the specific Scheduled Recurring transaction. Here you will find receipts, transaction type, status, and frequency, along with other relevant information.
(3) Editing a Scheduled Recurring
To edit a Scheduled Recurring transaction > click on the transaction > click on the Edit button. This will allow you to make changes to the Scheduled Recurring fields.
To delete the Scheduled Recurring transaction > click on the Actions button.
Pledges
This section shows transactions that this contact has committed to.
(1) Creating a Pledge
To create a Pledge for a donation or revenue, click the Add Pledge button.
Note: If this is your first Pledge for a contact, Add Pledge will appear in the middle of the page in lieu of the Create New button.
Simply, fill out the Pledge card that appears. For more details on creating Pledges head to Keela's Pledges article.
(2) Pledge Details
To view Pledge Details > click on the specific Pledge. Here you will find Pledge type, start date, deadlines, transaction details, along with other relevant information.
(3) Editing a Pledge
To edit a Pledge > click on the Pledge > click on the Actions button. This will allow you to make changes edit, cancel, or delete the Pledge.
(4) Adding a Transaction to a Pledge
To add a transaction to a Pledge > click on the Pledge > click on the Add Transaction button. To learn more about Adding Transactions, head to Pledges.
Capacity to Give
This section displays demographic information that Keela has collected.

Soft Credits
When logging a donation or a revenue payment, you can choose for that donation be linked to another Contact's profile. When you do, these donations will appear on the Contact's profile here as a Soft Credit.
