Our Contacts feature is the core of Keela! Each contact profile holds detailed information about a person, from their basic contact information and relationships with other contacts to details about their donation, membership, and volunteer history with your organization.
With our platform, you can keep track of your contacts, manage your relationship with them and have a wealth of information about them all in one place.
Introducing Contacts
The Contacts tool is always accessible from the left sidebar. This is where you can keep a master list of all contacts in Keela, as well as manage and view all aspects of your relationship with the contact.
Contacts are made up of 5 main areas:
- Contacts - Individuals
- Companies - Entities (organizations, companies, government organizations)
- Households - Groups of contacts that share a particular relationship
- Tags - Labels to help organize your contacts
- Segments - A way to group your contacts using Filters in Keela. You can think of these as Smart Lists, as they are constantly updating as data changes in Keela.
