How do I link a transaction to a P2P fundraiser?

When you are adding the associations of a transaction (or editing an existing transaction) you will now see the Fundraiser field pop up after you've selected a P2P campaign:

This will mean that the specific transaction will also count towards the goal of the specific fundraiser.
