Keela partners with Twilio to help you get your toll-free number verified so you can start using Keela Texting. 

How do I purchase Keela Texting? 

It is very easy! You can go to your Organization Settings > Premium and then you can select Texting. 

Please keep in mind that Keela will charge you for Keela Texting once your number has been verified! 

Where do I find Texting?

Now that you've purchased Keela Texting, you'll see a new tab within your Communications tool:

How do I submit my application?

From your Communications Tool, you click on Texting and then you click on Set up and you can set up your application! 

It can take up to 6 weeks for Twilio to approve your application!
