Release Notes - Subscription Preferences

You asked and our Product Team did listen! I am so excited to announce that we have released Subscription Preferences to Keela!

Subscription Preferences

Under Communications, we have added a new tab called "Subscription Preferences." Here will be where you will go ahead and create all your mailing lists for your contacts to subscribe to. We have added 4 as default to start you all:

You can create as many other Subscription Preferences as you want, you'll just need to click on New Preference and then you can create it.

When you click on any of the Subscription Preferences, you'll be able to see the contacts that are subscribed to the specific preference:

From there, you have the ability of adding more contacts to the list as well!

Communications Settings

On the Settings tab of Communications, you'll now have your Preferences Manager. This is what your contacts will see when they are unsubscribing or subscribing to the specific list.

We have updated the wording on the Footer for Email Marketings so that it also lets the contact know that they can update their Email Marketing Preferences 

Creating an Email Marketing

After this release, when you are creating a new Email Marketing, you'll need to choose the Subscription Preference for the audience of your Email. 

Accessing Subscription Preferences from Contact Profile

You'll be able to see a specific contact's subscription preferences by going to their contact profile directly and under the Admin section:

On your subscription form, you now have the ability to allow for contacts to choose their subscription preferences from there:
